This is the vision behind Utkarsh’s motto, “People for Better World!” Utkarsh Global Foundation grew from strength to strength under his able leadership. Today, Utkarsh is a full-fledged organisation reaching more than 2000 beneficiaries (people and animals) every month in five states. Adv. Londhe is a multitasker, as he is involved in every aspect of Utkarsh, from project planning to implementation, fundraising, team management, the animal hospital administration, animal welfare campaigns, and more.

A post-graduate in Environmental Science, Ms. Supriya Edke is a leader who walks the talk. Prior to being the CEO of the Women’s Education and Empowerment Movement of Utkarsh Global Foundation, Ms. Edke worked as a professor in a private college teaching environmental science. She regularly brings in innovative concepts and new courses to promote skill training amongst underprivileged women. Ms. Edke is also the brain behind the much successful door-to-door campaign titled “Let’s Talk Periods! The menstrual hygiene and health awareness programme has benefited more than 2000+ families so far. Under her leadership and inspiration, Savitrimai Phule Women Empowerment Centre is flourishing and proving to be a beacon of hope for thousands of women.

He is responsible for daily administrative operations and coordinates with different departments and branches to support project implementation. He also ensures the daily functioning of Utkarsh aligns with our mission, vision, and values. He also sets goals for different departments and branches and oversees goal achievement. He also collaborates with the management team on policy implementation. Other responsibilities include performance evaluation, smooth operations, resource allocation, budgeting, and planning.

As the Chief Public Relations Officer of an NGO, Pravin navigates multiple channels while being the link between internal departments and other organizations and individuals. He develops PR strategies and campaigns, and he ensures positive relationships with various stakeholders. He also spreads word about Utkarsh and its initiatives and also develops communication materials to improve Utkarsh visibility. He coordinates with government and semi-government departments to acquire the necessary permission for various projects. He also obtains collaboration with governments for project planning and implementation. Pravin also ensures Utkarsh project reports and results are effectively disseminated to external sources and internal departments, while also preparing press releases and coordinating with media houses to share project successes.

Satish Gaikwad is responsible for the audit operations of every Utkarsh project in terms of SOP, accounts and finance, HR, and more. As the Chief Auditor of Utkarsh, Satish oversees regular and comprehensive audits and checks compliance with regulatory standards and frameworks. He conducts regular audits to ensure strict adherence to standards and frameworks. He also checks discrepancies and takes immediate steps to correct practices, if any, and as needed. He also conducts financial audits and data analysis, evaluates the effectiveness of risk assessment systems, and takes measures to mitigate them.

Govind Talpe has rich experience in the field of managing accounts. At Utkarsh, Govind is in charge of audit preparation and execution, tax strategy revision, cash flow improvement initiatives, cost reduction through process automation, and other aspects of accounts and finance at Utkarsh.

 

His responsibilities include the analysis of financial plans and fund allocation for projects, quality training for the team, budget preparation for different departments, and submitting reports. He also looks into legal compliance matters and ensures the authenticity and accuracy of all financial transactions.

 

Govind was also the recipient of the “Utkarsh Star of the Month” Award for March 2024. The award is given for exceptional performance at work.

Gisha holds an MBA in marketing and has over 20 years of experience in various roles and sectors. An animal lover, Gisha has demonstrated her commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of animals. Gisha coordinates with corporate companies to boost collaboration and utilise the CSR missions of organisations to support Utkarsh initiatives. Gisha is also responsible for fundraising through CSR coordination and prepares reports of the campaigns.

A graduate in psychology, Rishika Parashuram Kashyap has over 8 years of experience in different fields. As the Operations Manager for the two pivotal movements of Utkarsh, Environmental Protection, and Women’s Education and Empowerment, Rishika is responsible for project implementation, campaign coordination, planning projects, and ensuring smooth processes at every level. She also coordinates with the state teams to ensure regular conduct of various campaigns. Rishika is also responsible for grassroot level campaign implementation and delivering timely reports and sharing them with different departments.
