A graduate in arts from Mumbai University, Aatish Waghmare has been with Utkarsh since its inception. He is one of the founding members of the organisation. Currently, he runs a business in packaging but also works with Utkarsh as the Chief Administrative Officer. Aatish is in charge of the Social Justice and Empowerment Movement of the Utkarsh Global Foundation.

A founding member of the Utkarsh Global Foundation, Pravin Jadhav also handles multiple responsibilities. While he supervises the initiatives and daily functioning of Animal Welfare, Healthcare, and Disaster Preparedness Movements, Pravin is also the Chief Public Relations Officer of Utkarsh, coordinating with government and semi-government offices for Utkarsh project implementation. He is a graduate in commerce and runs a renowned production house in Mumbai.

He holds an MBA in Human Resources and has expertise in HR-related matters. He also runs an HR consultancy firm in Mumbai. He translates his people skills and people management knowledge into the various initiatives of Utkarsh. He also supervises the Social Justice and Empowerment Movement of Utkarsh, where he dedicates his knowledge and experience to creating a better society for socially disadvantaged communities.

He is in charge of the Disaster Preparedness Movement of Utkarsh. He has travelled to Tamil Nadu, Punjab, and other states and distributed relief to affected people. Vinod is a commerce graduate and has set up a transportation company in Mumbai.

Activism that combines vision and action is what Supriya Edke abides by and brings to the fore as a member of the Utkarsh Global Foundation. After completing an M.SC. in Environmental Science, Supriya appeared for and passed the SET exam. She worked as a professor teaching environmental science at a private college for about 8 years. Currently, her leadership skills and her vision for women’s causes are evident in her role as the CEO of the Women’s Education and Empowerment Movement of Utkarsh.
